株式会社mojamoja apps (以下「当社」) は、Android 用アプリ「モジャモジャくんDIVE!」 (以下「本アプリ」) における 利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
当社が、利用者の氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人を直接特定できる情報を本アプリから取得することはありません。
本アプリのハイスコア、遊べるステージの状態、音と言葉の設定 (おんがく・こうかおん・こえ・ことば) は、 利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、外部へ送信されることはありません。
本アプリには、キャラクターのひとりごとを音声で読み上げる機能があります。
読み上げは端末に備わっている読み上げ機能 (テキスト読み上げ) を利用して行われます。 読み上げる文章は本アプリにあらかじめ収録された台詞のみで、利用者の入力や音声を取得することはありません。 マイクも使用しません。本アプリが読み上げのために文章や音声を外部へ送信することはありません。
この機能は、本アプリの「せってい」で「こえ」をオフにすると、いつでも止められます。
本アプリは、Google が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しています。結果画面のバナー広告と、遊び終えたあとにときどき表示する全画面の広告と、任意で視聴できる動画広告 (続きから遊ぶためのもの) を表示します。
AdMob は、利用者の興味に応じた広告を表示するために、次のような情報を自動的に取得することがあります。

欧州経済領域 (EEA)、英国、スイスなど、法令により同意が必要な地域では、本アプリは初回起動時に、 広告のためのデータ利用について同意を求める画面を表示します。 同意の内容は、ゲームオーバー画面の「プライバシー設定」からいつでも変更できます。
また、Android の「設定」から広告 ID を削除またはリセットすることで、興味に基づく広告の表示を止めることができます。 設定の場所は端末によって異なりますが、多くの端末では「設定」の「プライバシー」から「広告」を選ぶと表示されます。
いずれの場合も、本アプリのすべての機能を利用できます。
前項に記載した広告配信事業者を除き、取得した情報を第三者へ提供することはありません。
本アプリは、13 歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
本ページを含む当社ウェブサイトでは、アクセス状況の把握のために Google Analytics を利用しています。 ここで収集される情報に、個人を特定するものは含まれません。
本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更した場合は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

MOJAMOJA APPS, K.K. ("we") sets out below how information about the people who use our Android app Mojamoja DIVE! ("the App") is handled.
We do not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, or phone number.
Your high scores, which stages you can play, and your sound and language settings (music, sound effects, voice, language) are stored only on your own device and are never sent to us.
The App can read Mojamoja's thoughts aloud using the text-to-speech feature built into your device. Only lines that come with the App are spoken. The App does not collect anything you type or say, and does not use the microphone. The App does not send any text or audio anywhere in order to do this.
You can stop it at any time by turning Voice off in the App's settings.
The App uses Google AdMob to deliver advertisements. It shows a banner ad on the result screens, a full-screen ad from time to time after you finish a run, and, only if you choose to watch one, a video ad that lets you continue a run.
AdMob may automatically collect the following in order to show ads that match your interests.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and anywhere else the law requires it, the App asks for your consent to the use of data for advertising the first time you open it. You can change your answer at any time from Privacy settings on the game over screen.
You can also stop interest-based ads by deleting or resetting your advertising ID in the Android Settings app. Where to find it varies by device, but on most of them it is under Settings, then Privacy, then Ads.
Every feature of the App works either way.
Apart from the advertising provider described above, we do not share the information we collect with any third party.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
This page and the rest of our website use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. The information collected there does not identify individuals.
We may change this policy when necessary. Any change takes effect when it is posted on this page.
