株式会社mojamoja apps (以下「当社」) は、Android 用アプリ「モジャモジャくんDASH!」 (以下「本アプリ」) における 利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 取得する情報

当社が、利用者の氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人を直接特定できる情報を取得することはありません。

本アプリの進み具合 (ステージ、スコア、コイン、強化、きせかえ)、設定 (音量・言語)、購入した商品は、 利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、当社へ送信されることはありません。

2. 広告について

本アプリは、Google が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しています。 ステージの合間に表示する全画面の広告と、任意で視聴できる動画広告 (ゲームオーバーから続きを遊ぶ・拾ったコインを 2 倍にするためのもの) を表示します。

AdMob は、広告を表示するために、次のような情報を自動的に取得することがあります。

3. アプリ内課金について

本アプリでは、次の商品を購入できます。

購入と支払いは Apple (App Store) または Google (Google Play) が処理します。 当社がクレジットカード番号などの支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。 購入済みかどうかは、端末内と各ストアの購入記録で確認します。

4. 広告の識別子と同意について

広告 ID は、Android の「設定」から「プライバシー」の「広告」を選ぶことで、リセットや削除ができます。 広告 ID を削除した場合でも、本アプリのすべての機能を利用できます。

欧州経済領域 (EEA)、英国、スイスなどの地域では、法令に基づき、広告のための情報の利用について同意を求める画面を表示します。 同意の内容は、本アプリの設定画面の「プライバシーの せってい」からいつでも変更できます。

5. 情報の第三者提供

前項までに記載した広告配信事業者 (Google) を除き、取得した情報を第三者へ提供することはありません。

6. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

7. 本ウェブサイトについて

本ページを含む当社ウェブサイトでは、アクセス状況の把握のために Google Analytics を利用しています。 ここで収集される情報に、個人を特定するものは含まれません。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更した場合は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

MOJAMOJA APPS, K.K. ("we") describes in this policy how the Android app Mojamoja DASH! ("the App") handles information about its users.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, or phone number.

Your progress in the App (stages, scores, coins, upgrades, and characters), your settings (volume and language), and your purchases are stored only on your device and are never sent to us.

2. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google. It shows full-screen ads between stages and optional rewarded video ads (to continue after a game over, or to double the coins you collected).

3. In-app purchases

You can buy the following items in the App.

Purchases and payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive your payment information, such as your credit card number. Whether you have made the purchase is checked on your device and with the store's purchase records.

4. Advertising identifiers and consent

You can reset or delete your advertising ID in the Android Settings app under Privacy > Ads. You can use every feature of the App even if you delete it.

In regions such as the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the App asks for your consent to the use of your information for advertising, as required by law. You can change your choice at any time from "Privacy settings" in the App's settings.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not share the information described above with third parties, except for the advertising provider described above (Google).

6. Children's privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

7. This website

Our website, including this page, uses Google Analytics to understand how it is visited. The information collected does not identify you personally.
